I have been accepted for prince 2 foundation + practitioner (accelerated) course in sabacloud. This course is delivered by sure skills. Anyone has taken this course? Do we give a test at the end of this course or do we get prince2 certification for attendance? I’m trying to evaluate if this course is worth attending for 3 full working days - i.e do I need to attend this course to become eligible for giving a prince2 exam or attending the course itself suffice?

Did it with sureskills a few yrs ago. Normally they do the foundation and practitioner exams as part of the 3-4 day course (in the classroom on the wed and Thurs) and attendance at it is compulsory for the 20h of ‘contact’ learning time. You usually hear on the Fri or say whether you’ve passed the practitioner

Fab, thanks for sharing. Mine is with sure-skills as well. But no location revealed yet, it shows remote for the moment.
How has this certification helped you?

Which is the more lucrative and flexible long term career path when comparing .NET development vs salesforce development.

By flexible I mean in terms of moving between positions, companies and technologies.

I've done both and am currently doing salesforce development but don't want to get pigeonholed.

So as a 30ish yo with a government/PE/tech background and CIPM/CIPP… I’m finding privacy work is just much easier and interesting than other kinds, but still pays plenty well.

Is it too late/inadvisable to go to law school to specifically aim for privacy work?

I just find some firms are unwilling to entertain the idea that anyone but a lawyer has anything relevant to contribute in this space…

Prayerfully, this transition will be a good one.

My current role is hybrid with at least two days a week in office. However, with the potential economic downturn, I'm considering holding on to the role to supplement my income.

I'm new to the overemployed movement, so I'm evaluating the feasibility of holding onto the hybrid role and the remote position.
