This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Do they hire for analytics at EY GDS Pune ?
Hi all,
Do firms match offers from other Big 4s for campus hires? I’ve received a campus offer from both KPMG and EY. I’m more interested in the EY offer, but they are paying 3k less than KPMG.
Would it be a bad move to let them know about the other offer and try negotiating? I feel it wont make a difference in the long run, but at the same time I don’t want to leave any money on the table if possible.

I think levels at D go Analyst -> Consultant -> Sr. Consultant. At BAH, it's Consultant, Sr. Consultant, Associate.

Definitely associate at BAH. You won't have a case for lead associate as a consultant at D.
Base will vary widely depending on the area of the firm you'll be coming into, your admin pyramid, the client, and the type of work. Associates can have a base of anywhere from ~$80k to about $150k, though most are probably in the $90-130k range.
Health account pays the least. Global defense is middle, SIG is where the more money shows most. This is dependent on who wants to hire you. Good luck! And remember, there are no bonuses until SA (except commercial) so factor that in.
Yep. Associate is the BAH equivalent of Deloitte SC
As someone who worked at both can confirm the above two lovely people. Associate.
They rarely bring people at LA unless they have an equivalent amount of exp or level. Manger at Big4. My old CM was an LA and had been for three years and she had 17yrs exp.
