Hung, drawn and quartered. Then set on fire for good measure.
I made it known to my last boss that I was unhappy and while I’ll do the work properly, I let them know that I was also looking around.
I did the same. My boss was supportive and even helped me get an interview. We had a great relationship. I also think they appreciated that I was completely honest with them and wanted to see me do well. Depends on your agency, team, boss, etc. Whatever you do, just use common sense
Definitely a whipping or lashing. Maybe prison.
Fired! 🔥🔥
jk. do what YOU gotta do.
Depends on their preference of you.
I highly doubt anyone will confront you about it even if they do find out. It’s just a job, it’s not personal. People leave all the time
Doubt it’ll be brought up but get ready to move as they’ll likely look for your replacement if they find out
depends on who you work for. I worked for sociopaths that would spend time stalking you online and monitoring your slack conversations that would fire you for so much as showing affinity for another agency. but I’ve also worked for nice people who would gladly actively help with the search.
They won’t be thrilled (unless they want you to leave) but won’t do anything. Once they know, it’s best if you do leave, though. You won’t be getting raises, promotions or the best projects if they have to push for you (and they do).
