Any tips on how to improve lining thickness? My RE had me on Estrace for a week before starting Prometrium (vaginally) a few days ago, but my lining is only a little above 5mm. I went from agency to in house PR 1.5 years ago (I’m at a prof services firm in nyc). There are no boundaries for communication; everyone is expected to answer emails immediately at all hours and senior people respond in minutes between about 7am-11pm, at minimum. Is this normal in the corporate, non agency world? Not sure if this is just due to the pandemic and WFH, but I was under the impression that in house life would be more chill.
