HCL Technologies offer being delayed and recruiter keeps saying that there's a problem with their "Offer release portal system." I have already stated my issues with relocating until after I have the offer signed and ready. The project is supposed to start on the 19th and I'm supposed to join before, or on that date. It's already coming up soon and I don't have the official offer so that I can confidently start the relocation process. Has anyone else recently dealt with this?

I think the idea of having Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday off sounds good, but then you realize everyone in your life has the weekend off and all of the big events happen on the weekends so you’re pretty much just hanging out at your house in the middle of the week nothing good on TV so I would probably want Friday Saturday and Sunday off cause I don’t mind Mondays

Like do you mean rollover days? I’d probably take Wed-Fri. I would hate to turn my Thursday into a Monday.
Mondays off will always be my favorite, so I'd pick same days for that reason. When everyone else is having Monday blues, I can sleep in, relax, regain my energy after a busy weekend. I'd use my Tuesdays to run errands and clear my chores then Wednesdays to explore my hobbies.
If I had to take three days I'd opt for W-Th-F and then into the weekend. And just start up again on Monday. For some reason it just makes more sense to do it that way. Starting work on a Thursday just strikes me as odd, though it probably wouldn't matter much.
I’d prefer Fri-Sun off. In my line of work having to be on the phone and make outbound calls, it’s easier to reach people during the week than weekends. I’ve found a lot will say they are enjoying dinner, or don’t want to be bothered on the weekend and ask to be called during the week. Plus, events happen on weekend and not during the week at least where I live. Plus nothing like having Sundays off for church, Sunday dinners and just a day of relaxation.
