Totally comes down to how much you make. But I’d say at least 25% some would disagree that it’s not enough but if you make 50K and another place is offering 62.5K that an extra 1K a month. Which could be your half of rent, or full rent depending on your city. But PTO also matters to me. FCB has unlimited PTO and I actually take advantage of it, so I’d be ok with a little less money knowing I take ~20-25 days off a year outside of holidays.
