Do not tell them until you’re hired!!! As much as you want to be considerate and open with any potential employers, they will not show you the same courtesy. The job market is super tough and getting tougher by the day. You do not want to give them any reason to bypass you for another candidate (even though it would be illegal to discriminate based on your pregnancy). Once you are hired, wait at least the 90 days probationary period most companies have (even if they don’t say there is a probationary period, they all have one for new hires) before disclosing and discussing any leave. I know you will be showing, but they can’t legally ask, so don’t tell until you need to.
