I'm a Bcom 'Accounting and Finance' graduate fresher and have completed practical training of SAP FICO and Advance excel. Im looking for an opportunity in SAP FICO but im not to able get it. I have been applying in job portals but I don't get a reply. Now what should i do to get a job in SAP FICO, should I start working as an end user or should I directly apply for SAP FICO fresher role which are almost zero in the market . Completed all the interviews and had positive feedback but before the offer I spoke with the recruiter (third party) and asked them if I can get to a certain compensation number as I might have couple other offers around that number but they got back saying the firm has decided to move on as they cannot match it. I have joined Nagarro almost a year now as a senior architect. However, I see lot of issues here. The company is great so far as employee friendliness is concerned. It may be rated as the top most company in that regard and that is why attrition is well within control. However, there are issues:

1. Project Allocation - allocated to projects without fitment with the role or skills. No internal job portal

2. Lots of seniors in bench for long time

3. No way to give company feedback

Other than the cars, they dont really spend money. For the married 🐠, how do you have the conversation with them that what they are doing isn’t enough?
