I'm a healthcare manager with about 3 YOE. I have recently gotten interested in consulting, but I am a little lost in how to get started. I have 2 masters (non MBA) which seems to preclude me from any top firm. Does anyone have some general advice on late entry into consulting?

Will start my first project in a few weeks. What would be best for my learning experience between the options below:
1) on site project
2) remote but more exciting project (industry I love)

So. MBA from a top 20 program (if that matters), working in the southeastern US with 10 years experience in private practice and hospital administration. Salary thoughts?
