I’m a high performing C2, I didn’t try going up for promo to SC before leaving for GSAP and I’m kicking myself. A partner even wrote that I’m performing at the SC level in my snapshot. Did I let lose out on a big opportunity to have better summer recruiting chances? Or move up more quickly upon returning to the firm?
