I’m a manager at EY (been here 6 months). I missed the grind and working with people so I took on this gig. Now it’s all remote, I’m not a fan of my SM, and the work is decent but I feel there are better opportunities out there, specially the jobs in tech who are going back to work. I miss a solid culture and team. Will I be making a mistake if I switch in a few months (after completing 1 year here)? Is there any value in staying longer?
