I'm a recruiter with about 3 years of full-cycle experience in in-house and agency recruiting. I'm currently working at Deloitte as a Technical Recruiter. Are there any Data Engineers here who could share how did they get into it? Because there are very less entry level Data Engineering positions. Most of them require experience of at least 2 years.

Did an interview yesterday that was supposed to be behavioral, but turned out to be more like the case interviews I did in undergrad. I think I showed off my business knowledge, but he kept harping on my lack of an official framework (vs me saying "I'd explore it from different stakeholder perspectives: customer, line employee, management"); pretty sure he considered it a failure.
