Bain & Company Hello Fishes.
What is the average CTC offered for a Research Associate with 1 year of experience in Healthcare consulting?
I'm looking forward for opportunities, hence would be great to know the current CTC trends to effectively negotiate with the employer.
Thanks in advance!

Anyone got salary today??
Hi folks, I have 6.5yrs of experience in Java, Springboot, Microservices. Does anyone have any idea about Optum Global Solutions, Hyderabad. I was told that the Project which I will be assigned to is an IVR application responsible for middleware services and the shift will be from 2 pm-12 am. Any idea which project is it going to be and how is the work going to be? Do they expect us to extend beyond 12 am on a regular basis?

Mistake is not leaving the big 4, but joining them
No. Take the job and ask for more $. You live in CA. Also ask for $20k sign on bonus as you'll be leaving your bonus from this year. Go big or go home.
I’d do it. Probably less stressful and more life rewarding than big4.
Also how are you getting that much as a senior? Experienced hire? How many years?
I'm anxious. I want to take it because of the role itself, leading other consultants, but would i be making a mistake if I leave big4???
"Biggest risk in life is not taking one"
If you don’t take, I will
Not worth a 15K bump
M1- once you reach a certain salary, money is no longer the priority for some, but rather the roles/responsibilities..
So 30k overall if bonus pays out as expected? Sounds like a good opportunity if you're certain the risk is well-researched.
Remember, boomerangs. Leaving and coming back is a thing.
Ask for a sign on and and $165k
And yes take it
Leading a department? Do you think you have the capabilities to be a people manager. Remember that is very different from me being a senior associate. Managing people is a massive amount of work. Some people love it and some hate it.
The money doesn’t seem that much.
But if you aren’t close to promotion and you don’t enjoy your work go for it. But be aware that if it’s a small company your promotion chances are also going to be massively reduced unless they are in intense growth.
