I have joined Infosys 2 weeks back. They have mapped me to a certain project but everyday I am getting calls for the skill sets that don't match to my current skill set. They are telling me to attend client interview and giving me just 1 week of time to prepare for a totally new technology.
Does this commonly happen in Infosys? Infosys
I have completed HR discussion round they were asking about my LWD..I said it is officially 90 days.. so should I discuss with my present company manager about LWD before or after getting offer letter

Set and hold a boundary around that topic. Just tell her to stop talking about your weight and that if she brings it up again you are leaving (if in person) or hanging up (if over the phone). Then hold the boundary — if she brings it up, walk out of the house or hang up the phone.
That’s a really good advice. I’m just gonna start leaving.
OP I just want to say that I am so sorry your mom is treating you like that. I can imagine how hurt I would be if I were in your shoes and hearing that from your own mother would make it worse. I would tell her respectfully that your weight is no longer a topic of discussion and if it gets brought up you will no longer be spending time with her. You have to lay down some boundaries.
Sorry to hear you are going through that. From my personal experience, especially the older women in my family, are so wild when it comes to other’s weights and figures. It is really heartbreaking. I have all these amazing things going on, but that is what you will comment on? I’m not sure how you should have a conversation with her about it, but I'm hopeful that it does happen!
