I got offer from NatWest Chennai location . My skills set is project management 13 years experience. They have mentioned in my offer letter B7 corporate title is associate. When I ask to hr guy he said it is equal to Manager level. But title will change department department. Is it true? B7 is manager role ? What is CDIO department in Natwest. Please clear my doubts

New to the own-your-own-business journey!

I’m looking for suggestions/tips on where to start with a business idea. For years I’ve been wanting to open my own business (store front). I’m currently attending part time school and have a great full time job with excellent pay; however, as of two weeks ago, I had this feeling that I needed to go after my dream. You have to do so much of it, and it's so annoying. You have to cite your sources, but there are so many different formats for citations! And then sometimes you don't even know how to cite something, and how are you supposed to know that unless you ask someone who knows? And even then, they might not be sure whether it should be an in-text citation or a footnote…
