I'm applying for FP&A Sr manager positions, but many job postings now mention AI tools and automation platforms. I have experience with Excel and the Oracle suite, but I'm unsure how much knowledge/ use of AI employers actually expect from candidates. I'm worried that my applications are being overlooked because I don't highlight AI-related skills effectively.

The JD shared during the interview says : Project Role Description : Assists with the data platform blueprint and design and Key responsibilities is a. Pre-sales and solution ownership of sales pursuits data analytics related services for cloud b. Own end to end RFP or RFI etc. Does it mean work is on presales only ?

I have cleared interview with Wipro a month ago and after 15 days I received a simple mail from HR saying you are selected.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.

What should I do now?
