Hi all,
I joined KPMG around 3 months ago but I am not getting work here. Although, I qualified some project's interview, yet due to some internal reason, they considered someone else, and I again came on bench.
I am unable to figure out what can be done now.
Should I start searching work outside.
(I hardly see any job openings these days)
(sap domain)
How's the resource management here?
(do they lagOff?)
Any inputs will be helpful.
Thanks!

I would leave it on resume if voluntary - just make sure you can tell a tight story about why you transitioned from G to BCG
When you've got a chance to drop a big name you might as well do it. Being asked why you left isn't a bad thing, just have a good and preferably upbeat tale to tell about it.
Leave it since it is a strong name. I went through something similar with a different company.
When recruiters ask I just say “I admired my boss over there who was a former consultant, and I wanted to build the same toolkit, joining BCG was the best option to build the consulting toolkit. Now having built it, I’m looking to pivot my career somewhere where I can in the future own a P&L”
This is for inspiration, adjust as needed. Sometimes I also add the money component which in my case was higher at BCG (significantly)
Do you mind sharing why you choose to leave G? I just joined a strange team and think of the same…
