I’m considering a move into a Senior Internal Auditor role at Vanguard AU (Internal Audit & SOX / BCAS). I have around 6 years of experience in public accounting (including Big 4 and a mid-tier firm) and am currently working as a Senior Auditor at mid tier firm - is that a right move or not?

aiming for about a 20% increase. would this be considered a good move or not??I want to move out to public accounting now. I can’t go as a manager into corporate. Please advise . Pros and cons. Thank you

I have joined Nagarro almost a year now as a senior architect. However, I see lot of issues here. The company is great so far as employee friendliness is concerned. It may be rated as the top most company in that regard and that is why attrition is well within control. However, there are issues:

1. Project Allocation - allocated to projects without fitment with the role or skills. No internal job portal

2. Lots of seniors in bench for long time

3. No way to give company feedback
