I’m currently feeling really uninspired and hating my job and am looking for any advice or tips on how to get out of this rut. I don’t want to sound ungrateful but when I was laid off at the beginning of the year, I was actually extremely excited about the idea of getting out of the pharma space. I was willing to write about LITERALLY anything else. I was lucky to find a job immediately but wish I could’ve had the resources to take time off and figure out what I want to do or build my portfolio.

I am a Sales Support Engineer (Applications Engineer) with 2 YOE. I am thinking about making a change because my job is no longer challenging, and there isn’t much growth opportunity in my company. I love my team, but I feel like I may need to move on. I am at 70k a year and have been told time and time again that I have learned faster than anyone they have seen and am a top performer. I don’t feel like I am being compensated for that either. Any suggestions on companies and target salaries?

Hi fishes, my previous employer has not given me the money for Earned Leaves, they are saying it's not in their policy.. I have a variable bonus of 100000. Out of this they have given only 19,000 in the month of December after 6 months of joining...But they are not giving me any bonus after completing 1 year and 2 months.. They have stopped my appraisal as well...

So I recently accepted a 12 month contract-hire position at a much larger company. Pay is more than 50% of my salary, and benefits/401k is covered by the recruiting agency.
