Hi, I've recently got selected to IBM GBS, and my husband working for PSU I am from Andhrapradesh and IBM location is Chennai. I've 1year baby. Due to this I can't relocate to Chennai. Is there anyway to handle this like working remotely from my home ? Will IBM allows me to do like that. ? IBM Infosys Tata Consultancy Accenture Amazon

Get out there and hit the job market. There is so much you know and so many places who can use your experience. I would consider a consulting firm for 1-2 years to round out your experience and then you can decide if you want to go back to an admin position anywhere you want!

What’s your base currently? Where do you want to go? There’s typically a market rate for an admin so that would be your metric. 12 years is a lot of time to be a solo admin at same place.

Woof, yeah. Higher Ed is notorious for underpaying, but 63 is more like a brand new admin fresh off the cert.
Come to ibm
Make a resume and start applying with the intention to get some practice interviews. After going thru 10 interviews - you will be ready to ace the 11th one and onwards
Don’t ask for anything less than 120k
They're taking advantage of you. I understand higher ed pays less but this is absurd.
Come to work at Cloud for Good, your higher education experience will be valued.
I think that it is competitive but I haven't compared it for a few years.

I know some firms that would be happy to talk to someone with your experience 👀
Check out Booz Allen. I think they are constantly looking for experienced SF talent. DM if you’re interested in a referral. I have a few friends over there.
With cross-platform experience (Marketing Cloud no less!!!) you should be making minimum 120k
You could be making 200k or more as an SE or TA with that much Salesforce experience.
I was making 70K as a SF admin in higher ed - with 2 yrs of experience
