I went a similar route. It will be a tough roads so early on. You may want to get some operations experience and then transfer as an experienced hire
I think what we are saying is you are going to be in a middle ground. You will essentially be just out of school (thus firms will defer to their school recruiting) and you don’t have enough experience to be a senior hire.
You may also want to consider Advisory Board. Not sure if they were acquired
The consulting arm of Advisory Board was purchased by Optum and is now Optum Advisory Services (OAS).
