I'm having trouble deciding which roles or levels to target for an exit to in industry. I have several years of ops management prior to moving into PA as Staff. Currently a manager in tax at big 4 and ideally would want to go to prior industry at a mid-size or small company as CFO. Looking for insight to other roles I may be overlooking.

I have a feeling if I secure the position, I won’t be able to delay the start date before I hit my 1 year experience mark. I want the credential but don’t want to pass this up.
