How is the work life balance in Citi?
Here is the scenario: Have 2 offers from IT MNCs and 1 from Citi. Citi's offer is the highest. Almost 5 lakhs diff in the fixed component. Although money is important, but I am also seeking a little balance with life. I was previously in ZS Associates and to be frank, life was hell. I am not looking to relive that phase again.
What are the daily actual working hours?
Shall I join Citi or let go it for a lower package offer?
Seeking honest advice here.

Is January the longest month ever or what…?
Hi fishies. I have a ton of interviews coming up soon including a case interview at EY within their Innovation and Experience Design practice for Digital Strategy Manager. I am super comfortable with CX, design thinking, etc which are the types of projects I would be working on BUT I am absolutely terrible in case interviews. I was hoping it would be based on CX or design but my understanding is there is some revenue component idk. Anyone have any insight? I would greatly greatly appreciate it!

What abt experienced hire manager ? Any idea what to expect
Who starts at 40? MC1 is just trolling you. Campus hire HCAs start in the mid 70s.
D3 - not in the UK....
Obviously different company but when I was thinking of transferring my $100k was going to be in the £45-50k range in London. I didn't transfer as a result
Surprising. I've always heard that the partners in UK are highest paid of any of the Deloitte firms
