I’m in my first “product management” role. Through a side project at work, I was able to get an Agile Product Owner certification. What I actually do in my job though aligns with the Scrum Master/Leader role. I have the opportunity to do a training and get certified in that role as well - is it worth doing or does it look unfocused to have multiple certs across roles?
