I’m in my mid fifties and toying with a neck lift. I’ve got this genetic waddle thing, and it has worsened with age and REALLY bothers me. I’m struggling with the decision because (1) I always said I would accept age gracefully and not compare myself to impossible beauty standards, (2) I want my adult daughter to love herself as is and having surgery seems hypocritical, (3) I’m afraid I’ll come out looking worse than going in. First day of 30mg vyvanse today. Had a rush of energy and hyperfocus (too much so) about 2-4 hours in, but had a complete crash 5hrs after taking the pill (just a wave of fatigue, felt very good after a quick 15min nap actually) and not sure if it had any effect after. Is this normal? Should I stick it out for a few days or is this a big sign that I’m not on the right meds/dose? Nervous to keep trialling this during the workday since a midday crash is not ideal. Appreciate any advice!
