Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Yes they reimburse everyone. They take your salary, divide it by 2080 (I think), and then multiply that dollar amount by the amount of hours you have left in PTO. Source: I left and got a bunch of money.
Your bonus is also taxed at the same rate as your normal income. It just may be WITHHELD from your paycheck at the time you receive it a different rate. When you file your taxes you do not pay a different tax rate on your regular weekly/biweekly/monthly paycheck earnings and your bonus or vacation day earnings. They are both taxed based on whatever bracket you’re in. There can be a difference in the tax withholding rate for these payments when you receive them. This is because they’re either withheld at the tax rate that would correspond to you making that amount of money every single paycheck or your company uses a flat 25% withholding rate for non-base salary payments.
It depends on what state you live in
SA1 is correct, check the state law.
It’ll be taxed at a higher rate than your normal pay, considered supplemental pay by IRS vs if you just take the vacation days
Not necessarily true about having a higher tax rate because when you file your taxes at the end of year, you get it back as a refund if your withholding was too high. At the end, it's your base tax bracket that matters. You can look at it as an interest free loan to Uncle Sam.
P1 is wrong. It’s taxed as regular income. It may be withheld at a different rate as K1 notes.
D1 we tax it as bonus
Thanks D1, it amazes me how people think bonuses are taxed differently
By LAW, all companies must either keep you on the payroll or payout (more common) unused vacation time.
Yes what ever you have in the bank. The bank is dictated by the local state laws which are all pretty much the same except for California, you get to bank a lot more
