I hope it all gets rolled up to one salary. If it was a personal performance bonus then that’s different. But this is a bonus structure that’s all tied together and funded based on the performance of other offices. I don’t like that a portion of my compensation tied to factors I have no control over, especially since it’s only 50% funded this year.
There are people looking at salary across the board. At least that’s what I’ve been told.
As a manager I didn't receive that email. I hope they do something similar though for manager level. I agree with SR_1
