There is a good possibility I won’t make the cut this year. I have nearly 6 weeks of PTO accrued. If I’m counseled out, will I be paid for my PTO? Does Deloitte usually offer any severance? Ideally I want to stay on, but I’m trying to figure out if it’s better to depart on my own (assuming I can line up another job) or wait to see if I’m let go and then possibly lose that accrued PTO.
