Anyone moved from consulting into a customer success role? I’m being recruited for one and think it would be a good fit. ~1.5 yrs experience in tech consulting on implementations.

Just wanted to vent- I work for Big 4. Applied for role that seemed really interesting. Weeks pass. No reply. SO who works at MBB and did not apply gets a message for same role: “want an interview?”😞

Anyone here with experience as a Product Manager? I’ve close to decade of consumer lending experience including Sales/Advisory, Supervisor and Underwriting. I have have been looking to pivot into a more impactful role this year. I am due for an interview for a Product Manager next week. The company ticks all my boxes but the job description a bit vague. For 2 comparable opportunities, with factors as below, which would u chose:
A: Location very far from current home(20km), indiv. Contributor role, very good scope of learning, notice period 3 months, mandatory 3 days in office, pay 2 lakh more

B: location very close to my home, techno managerial role, moderate learning scope, np 2 months, 1-2 days in office, pay 2 lkh less than A

1) internship experience -> can it be counted as YOE?

2) Startup I founded (actual startup, but it was done during my uni days)

I am a registered sales assistant which means I have my series 7. I also have the 63 and my Life & Health license. I was a financial advisor but the role is commission only so I decided to take a role as an assistant for some time to learn etc. I really like my role, but I only make 32k a year and after taxes I only take home about 25k. I have a gut feeling that I’m not being paid market value but it’s tough to find comparable salaries. Do you think $15.38/hr is a fair wage in this case?
