I'm looking into getting my CPIM certificate from ASCM. It's $2,145 for the course and the exam. I am a demand planner with 5 years experience and am wondering if it would help in getting better pay, roles, etc. However one thing to note is that in my demand planning roles, I have only ever worked in Excel. I've never used an ERP and I think it stopped me from getting other jobs. Do you think this certification is worth it?

My friend has following offers from three companies after MBA (two offcampus and one from campus)

1. Finance Effectiveness/ EPM role at one of the Big 4
2. Deal Advisory role at one of the Big 4
3. Organization strategy role from one of the top consulting companies (not Big 4)

Which role offers the best exit options? All the offers from US support teams of the companies.
OS role offers better than the other two (only slightly), but I am interested in a good profile

I’ve worked at the same firm for almost 5 years. I’ve received an end of year bonus of varying sizes- my first year, my paycheck was doubled. The last 3 years, I’ve received 25k-30k bonuses. This year I received a bonus in April (20k) and one in July (15k) but I still expected an end of year bonus. I didn’t get it even though this has been my most profitable year yet. Should I just assume those earlier bonuses were INSTEAD of an end of year bonus or should I ask my boss?
