Hi Fishes, I grabbed an offer at Accenture with 12 LPA fixed for Level 9. I'm not getting a retention offer from my current company at 13.5 lpa. How do I go about a counter offer with Accenture HR? Also tell me how to approach this situation smoothly.

Are you a new SC? Your M promotion will get you in that ball park. The gig sounds fun though I would seriously consider that position salary aside. That’s a ton of revenue for only a 20 person shop, are they only offering salary and vc?

Based on comp yes. While important, think through other factors as well.
Should be closer to 125 unless decent bonus structure
I would ask for equity, I think I may know that company btw....I’m in Cleveland and had recruiters blowing me up a few weeks ago.
