Why wud he tell you the recruiter name in a public forum
GREAT benefits. Fully subsidized health care, point of service plan. Definitely ask for a signon. You will not get one without asking. I got an offer recently in a different business unit there.
They are hiring quite a bit. Simply search LinkedIn. Recruiter names are on the postings.
Can confirm BCG benefits are amazing. We pay $5 for most things— specialist visits, PCP visits, including scans and tests; think prescriptions are up to $20 if not generic. No buy-in. People say all-in cost of having a baby is about $50, including delivery at the hospital. Definitely get details from your recruiter but the benefits are far and away the best I’ve heard of anywhere.
Also ask about LifeWorks, childcare benefits, sick day policies. On the generalist track those are also phenomenal, but not sure how they spread to Platinion. Good luck OP— which office?
Is that a subsidiary of bcg? Who is your recruiter???
Yes and internal
Internal?
Internal recruiter
Ohh which one ?
Confirm Platinion has the same benifit as BCG CT and ECT
How would you ask for a sign on? Any good strategies?
