McKinsey & Company I'm really trying to get out of the fed govt space and am at Guidehouse. I have a few interviews lined up, but in large it seems they are detracted by the government work on my resume.

I'd like to target getting closer to strategy work. Any insights on companies and roles I should target? I have an interview lined up with Capgemini Invent and am also in talks with recruiters at McKinsey & Company for a specialist (not strategy, in their transformation office).

I interviewed with capgemini for SAP ABAP role and my YOE is 4 years. Just 2 hours after my interview, I got a call from someone at Capgemini saying that I am selected.
They just asked my notice period and current location.I asked them, what is the next round going to be and they said that it is going to be salary discussion. But till now, no one has reached out to me.
Does it mean they got another candidate for same job?
If they get back to me, how much should I ask?

Why would you ever want to rollover your 401K into an IRA? It seems like doing so would essentially prevent you from successfully being able to do a IRA to Backdoor Roth IRA conversion due to the pro-rata rule. Am I missing something?
