Was just told to "grow our ESG/CSR" practice at a regional consulting firm, due to my recent grad certification in sustainable biz strategy. Wondering where I should focus us as a services industry for big impact: we have a large product innovation, digital engineering area, and know in the past we've had a lot of lip service to clients and only recorded ESG for their compliance.

Hoping to make a big difference and include CSR/Sust audits and projects beyond for our clients! Any tips?

I’ve been working for a company for 25yrs, looking for advancement. I’m considered an SME, managing people, Vendors and working on large system conversions. Have provided long term goals. When requesting feedback I’m told I’m on the right path, no suggestions on what to improve. I asked about timelines for advancement and not being given anything concrete. My Last CTC is 6.5
There budget was upto 10 when i asked but feels like they playing me for my desperation to start working.

And I am expecting an offer from a bigger company and the joining's in the month of Feb.
Dnno about the offer ill get just yet.

You think its a good idea to join the micro company for 2 months and then leave to join the bigger one?

Is it worth considering a career in Restructuring Consulting in the long term given that their work can be quite cyclical and hinges on the spectrum of the economy.

I NEED HELP WITH CREDIT SCORE issues: Two months ago my credit score went down by 30 to 40 points due to dad missing credit card payment by a day (i got added to as authorized user on his credit card for me to build credit but now I’m filled with regret). I was devastated by it. This past month I have been making more payments and paid off my aug statement in full thinking it will boost my credit score.
