I’m seeing a lot of job req’s for Bain’s Advanced Analytics Group nationwide: does this group operate like a centralized Analytics COE to onsite strategy teams? (I.e. Consultants advise executives/leads on An analytics roadmap, and AAG come in and implement, rather than go with a Big 4 / Indian IT shop?) Thanks guys.

Over a year ago, I lateraled from a firm doing mostly land use/development to a volume lender debt finance practice. By volume I mean I’m on 15+ deals a day. I am finishing up a project and I’m trying to document what I’ve done for my resume. What are some good metrics for someone who mainly created user stories, created dashboards, interacted with the client and developed statistical models? One of my dashboards got deployed to production but it’s to early to see the impact. My other dashboards are almost done but I’m moving on to something else.
