I don't see a problem. I don't like people looking at my stuff either. Quora though? 🧐🧐🧐
Take your breaks in the break room and read Quora on your phone, not your work computer.
Are working there or just chilling?
Agree with LSE1, browsing non work stuff on your computer can be monitored and recorded at the click level. There are zero expectations of privacy. Use your phone. I recommend never connecting your phone to the company’s wifi too. Keep work and personal separated.

I don’t have that much data but I did all my non work related searching and shenanigans on my phone and I still say there and made sure I had something on my computer and it worked just fine. Invest in noise canceling headphones though
Get a privacy screen
I have disliked the low cubicle walls the day it was introduced in the first company I worked with (about 10 years ago). I am always uncomfortable of someone looking on my screen when I am working.
I never open personal things, even my personal email accounts on the work network, it's just that my ADHD brain opens up a lot of tabs with irrelevant things. Which make people curious and come to me for talking... which distracts me from what I am doing, loosing productivity.
It doesn't change even if you explain that I don't want to be disturbed, neurotypicals generally never understand how my brain works.
One of my coworkers brought a privacy screen and nobody said a word about it. I don't think it is a bad idea.
Most people are on their phones more than 50% of the time. You should feel judged because people are judging. A lot of people are out of work. Do you work at work and surfing at home
