Take mental health days. This has been a game changer. So I work hard the other days (billables) one day out of the week or every 2 weeks that’s light in terms of events/meetings I take that it easy that day. So watch some tv, self care, see my family, eat sushi, go to the dog park. Hope this helps.
Physical activity helps a lot. Also try to get out of your head and keep things in perspective. I mean, get your work done without thinking about if you are tired or enjoying it or stressed or worried. None of those emotional reactions to your work will help you, but they will certainly make you less efficient, less happy, and more tired.
