Totally agree, that is, if you have a community and you are the administrator of that community, you must know how to deal with the different temperaments of people, there are some who are basically one of the bunch and act very rudely towards the community for my taste.
I think that the training should be from a point of view related to psychology in networks, to know and understand why people are capable of writing such horrible things and a lot of it is because nobody sees them while they do it but there must be strategies to work with this class from problems.
The development of a healthy community is only possible with a consistent admin and efficient management ability if you just ban things because you don't like them people will only strive to make you worse than that I'm sure.
Over time I have learned that communities do not learn the hard way, they learn by making them responsible for what they say, that is, whenever there is a rude person for some reason what I do is leave it until other people respond in a political way, it is something that happens alone. there are many educated people and many badly educated people.
It is necessary, conflicts are a vital part of digital communities, it is more in a conflict that you see if you are good or bad for this job.
Psychological training, self-control, and the ability to manage emotions, must be something complete to help community administrators because you can do nothing with a large community if you don't know how to handle conflicts correctly.
