I have 6 and half YOE in front end development. (angular and hybrid applications). I joined my current organization ( product based) in Feb for 24LPA. The work here is too stressful and there is absolutely zero WLB. So I decided to start looking out again. However I am not getting good interview calls. Are most companies not hiring now ? Or could it because my CTC is too high ?

Valuations or FDD? Trying to decide which team has the best exit opportunities/WLB/interesting work.

I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here. Also, I have an idea of what I should be compensated in this type of role, but any insights on how they pay compared to others would be helpful. I have been in my current job for 1 year now as a booking coordinator for a logistics company. When I started I had no idea of what my workload would be, now I noticed that my coworkers took the opportunity to pass most of their job to me. Money isn’t everything but in my late 20s it feels like the only thing important right now.

WLB is next to zero as 60hr weeks are the minimum as of late. Management feels like they are trying to push a few of us out. Was told not to expect much come year end for comp. Any suggestions on finding a new role/pay expectations?
