Hey Guys,
I got a call from Infosys HR on 16-September-2022 that I have been successfully selected for the job position of Test Analyst at Infosys, as per our conversation I have to receive an offer letter within 15 days, but I haven’t received it till now.
Now They have sent a mail that your Candidature is on hold. Is this happened with anyone else also.
Please do suggest on this guys.

I have a weird question
I have given interviews in JPMorgan Chase for developer role and got the offer which is gud but interviews were not as tough as one might have expected from a reputed firm like jpmc.
Had 1 tech,1 tech-Manager round , Hire view test which was quite easy and an hr round.
Am a little worried about the standard of project and the team. I have offer from CIB Payments team. Checked with hiring manager and he said d role is for developer. Just worried abt quality of work
As an ADC applying this summer for 2022 start, I haven’t gotten a chance to connect with any L.E.K. Consulting members and I really want to get to know the company better before moving on with my application. Any L.E.K. Consulting fish out there willing to spare a few minutes to chat about their work, the company, the culture etc? Thanks!

Though the same could be said for you. I work in IBD. Not going to say which group obviously. But that isn't the point- the point is that MBB is evaluating candidates based on a test we took in HS. I was an ENTIRELY different person then, and did well enough at a target school to get into IBD.
Yea but the recruiters are asking for it. It sucks because I did do well enough on GMAT and worked at GS- like give me a break.
I'd leave it off...have you taken the GMAT or GRE? You can disclose just that
Where at GS do you work? You could be in the mailroom for all we know
Oh, if you have a solid GMAT score they'll almost certainly ignore the ACT
Yeah I got a 18 on my ACT, sure as hell doesn't matter now...if a recruiter ever asked me Id say I never took it
It's not a bad ACT score, just on its own it doesn't really turn heads. Odds are since it's pre-MBA recruitment their standard policy is to check SAT/ACT since they would assume you haven't done the GMAT. In other words your fine
I'm sure they'll look at the GMAT over the ACT.
Good luck with MBB recruitment!!!!
Thank you!
