I've strategised content for social media, and handled major promotional repurposing activity

I've written copies for social media posts, display/search ads, and presentations

What are some good tech companies that aren’t the typical ones you think of (FAANG). I have been doing tech consulting (actually deving, full stack), but want to get into something more technical, and have my trajectory be product owner or architect vs business manager. Not sure I’d be able to swing a FAANG

What do people recommend for start-up relevant marketing resources/books/personalities/podcasts?
I have a lot of enterprise marketing experience, but making a jump to a startup and want to get up to speed as quickly as possible.

Do any of the top consulting firms hire into the Engagement Manager level after an M7 (if they had manager experience elsewhere)? I know MBB probably doesn’t but what about other tier 2 firms after that - and asking for US or Canada

I know this question may sound dumb but How do you quit? See, if I didn’t like my supervising partner, I would not care. I would just submit my two-week notice but I truly like my supervising partner and I know quitting will be a shock and disappointment to her. I don’t care for the firm, in that I have no attachments or substantive relationships but I do care about my supervising partner and her feelings🙃

Should I be happy with just receiving my 3rd promotion in less than 2.5 years to Senior Consultant? I’m a 9th year in a mostly litigation-based practice group at a one-tier partnership firm. My group’s billable hours have been low the last few years, so making partner will be nearly impossible, and a counsel position is not viable long-term in my group. What’s the best option here if partnership is the ultimate goal? Try to get a NEP/counsel position at another firm, which is likely difficult in my market, or offer to take a class cut by a few years?

If I have an offer on Networking Control plane domain and Dataplane domain which one should I chose for better career prospects?

I know that people say it’s all about story, but with a certain gpa/gmat score is there a “floor” that you’re safe on? For example would someone with 4.0/780 (not me) be pretty much assured at least 1 M7? Or is there a reasonable chance that all M7s will reject them? Or is their floor just lower (T15 for example)?

Interviewing with a commodity trading firm that will match my consulting TC but with a much higher bonus component (30% vs 5-10% currently).
In B4, I have ended up with 0% bonus in the bad years. Can Industry bonuses be that variable too?
