Hi Fishes,
I am at a career standpoint where i am really confused what to do.
I have 4+ yoe in RPA .I really dont think its sustainable as a career .I am willing to learn and move into something different.
But what i am really confused is how would i manage to switch jobs without any prior experience?
I already earn 13-15 lpa,why would anyone offer me same level of package without experience?
People who do a successful career switch, please share your stories. In need of some motivation
Inhand salary in ibm for 13 lpa fix ?
Hi folks,
I've got an offer from Netcracker recently.
Based on the salary discussion, HR released the offer with 2Lakh less as promised and now telling me over and over again that they will revice it near the joining date and this is the process they follow for every candidate so that they don't go and shop in the market.Do you think I should trust them as they haven't given me anything in written but keeps on promising me over phone calls that closer to my joining date they will revise the offer.

That’s physically therapy. Not sure the setting you are working in but typically privately owned physical therapy clinics pay more.
How much was your starting salary was?
Home health also pays more. It also depends on the region you live in. Honestly, what you are making right now is way more than what my OP PTs make at 5 yrs experience.

Hey guys thank you for your thoughts. I am in an outpatient hospital affiliated clinic. With an immense variety of complexities. (Most which are high).
I feel like salaries vary greatly based on the area/where you live. hospital affiliations which are non-profit typically pay less than settings such as SNFs.
