I'm working in Capgemini on 6.28ctc with 3years of experience.
Recently I gave Interview in TCS, for Python developer, they are saying according to their policy they will not be able to give more than 8.75ctc lpa.

I don't know much about market standards, but I think TCS is giving me much less percentage of hike.

Should I ask them to revise offer letter or what should I do?

How do you start waking up early? Always been a night owl and sleep around 1. Wake up at 8/8:30 right before work starts.
I need to start waking up early to get into workout /yoga and meditation routine. I tried today and kept snoozing my alarm for 2 hours.

I was interviewed in March and uploaded all my docs in April and joined tcs in Sept.
My offer letter was released twice because of mismatch in experience by HR.
So my BGC is not scheduled after accepting offer letter 2nd time.
