Many peoples saying product based company will pay more than service based company.
But I think nowadays service based companies are paying more than services based.

Live loud and proud my friend
I’m finding it best anymore to reveal as little of my personal life as possible. About anything.
I have been fully out at all of the jobs I’ve had and wouldn’t have had it any other way.

Most of my leadership is female and is pro-LGBT/inclusive, I have to work at hiding myself less from them. But I have to be conscious about over sharing anything with them. When my leadership has had more men including a direct report, I feel less comfortable, has anyone else experienced this?
My team is like 90% men and I feel you
