BCG most likely gives you the highest trajectory / resume builder but if you feel that you already have a solid resume, then you can choose the one with the highest pay.
“Govt healthcare” “cleared” pretty sure any government healthcare project doesn’t require anything beyond Public Trust, or Secret at best if you’re using financial and PHI data. You can get a secret clearance reactivated.
Go where the work you want is. BCG doesn’t usually guarantee you federal healthcare work, might be state or might be non-healthcare related, depending on case load. As someone else stated AFS Healthcare is not doing hot right now. If GT has a contract for you to roll onto do the work you want to do—otherwise, you will likely get better experience overall and learn/grow more at BCG.
I work within the account - I can confirm they are contingent/ to the bench. There are very few to none direct hire to contract offers at the moment.
Bcg. Done
BCG knows you aren’t staying forever and their brand travels beyond your tenure at the firm.
GT feels like that’s the number you get today and forever in the future.
True story
That 180k at GT seems to have a lot of terms and conditions
There is no question here if your objective is salary and prestige - BCG. You aren’t accounting for salary growth where BCG will far and away trounce the other two.

Are all 3 levels the same? Heard that GT is in growth mode right now. May have more opportunities at GT.
Plenty of growth in health over here. Not sure if it's solely a firm thing or an industry taking off if you catch my drift.
Would definitely also account for trajectory. If this position is at the SA level your next promotion will take <2 years and bring your TC to be around 200 (including bonuses)

Govt healthcare consultung, and federal consulting overall isnt true consulting, and is a joke. Go to BCG so you can get more true healthcare industry projects.
MBB or bust
What type of work do you want to do at Accenture? Trajectory varies depending on service line
Hmm, the gov healthcare practice right now is struggling - may be lots of bd work but wont have a solid project for months and months. Also may have a high possibility of being on bench and having to deliver outside of healthcare. Just be cautionary.
BCG
BCG hands down
Good conundrum to be in. Good luck I’m also looking to jump ASAP. I’d go to BCG for career trajectory but if it’s a salary move GT.
BCG. Life’s not much different at 180k than it is at 155k
What’s role in GT out of curiosity, thought they were exclusive financial/accounting advisory etc
What are the roles?

How have you listed total comp? Is there no signing bonus or variable yearly bonus?
What about other benefits? If you're paying less for better health insurance or have better 401k plans, that adds up.
You're only talking $25k difference between the highest and lowest. And that gap can quickly close after negotiating or taking into account all benefits and taxes you'll have to pay...
In any case, the fact that the only thing you really listed was TC tells me that you're probably best off at BCG. You can leverage that on your resume and then use your next move to shape your trajectory.
