In my opinion overemployed people who have two days jobs are part of the exact thing they use to justify their fraud: corporate greed. Ultimately you hurt coworkers through picking up your slack and lost accounts. I also find it cringe to watch you have to gaslight PMs and CDs about how your 3 hour workload is taking you 8. You’re not actually tricking anyone, you just work with people who give you the benefit of the doubt over and over that you abuse. But hey you get some money I guess.

Networking question here. A retired partner at the firm I used to work out reached out to me recently about attending an afternoon during the week (b4 4/30) with one of his long time clients. I tutor ESL after school and recently switched over to Zoom. Students are stating that they are unable to annotate. I’ve read that this is common for Chromebook users. Does anyone know of a way to bypass this and/or any video/picture tutorials? Otherwise, it looks like we’ll just have to add an additional open tab with a google share doc. This is twice now in back to back weeks my boss has asked me where the disconnect was in our communications because I didn’t deliver on what “was asked”, even though I know damn well what was asked and what was done were the same thing. Are you responsible for giving performance feedback? Avoid giving personality based feedback. Examples include telling an Asian person they are too quiet/shy or telling a Black person they are agressive/abrasive. DO NOT DO THIS. It clearly represents bias in Performance Management. Performance feedback should be tied to business outcomes with clear examples of what the person does well + how they can improve.
