My dad got laid off months ago from covid and he is 61. He is a highly qualified/experienced Enterprise Software Sales Exec (Cloud, AI, Analytics, and other areas). But he is struggling to get hired especially at big tech firms. Its very obvious it’s because of his age (but of course they can’t say that). Trying to do my part and find connections.
