Manager Ratings: Generally speaking, in consulting, for a long term project, if there’s a team of 6 people (1 person managing everyone, and below that person 5 different people who are associates or senior associates) is there pressure on the manager to give at least 1 of the 5 associates/senior associates a bad review? Has anyone invested in a company that you know was initially started as a RollOver as a Business Startup (ROBS) or a ROBS holding?

I understand the level of risk and the objections some have for ROBS.
