In the last month I have been interviewing with a company and now I am wondering if they can reject me a second time? Long story short I interviewed with a company last month and unfortunately I was rejected after the case study round with no feedback. However a week ago they asked me to interview for a similar role but this time I didn't have to do the case study again so I met with the HM and then final round to meet with 3 team members 30 min each. Hello Energy Fish: I am interviewing with McK for their Energy team, anyone here have an idea about what the interview is going to look like and what kinda preparation would be needed ? I have 6 YOE in Utilities/Energy sector coming in as Solution Associate.

I’m thinking of applying for a sales role at Salesforce, but there are so many roles that meet my experience. I don’t want to apply for a bunch of positions, and no one is replying to me for a conversation on LinkedIn. Would anyone here be willing to give me some advice/guidance?

So after two weeks of waiting (and giving up on the idea of getting the job really), the recruiter got back to me.

They said due to month-end and quarter-end close they were busy and couldn’t get back to me as quickly for a “good update”.

The recruiter said the CFO enjoyed our call, she, the CFO, will call me next week directly to “discuss some final things”.

Not sure if Im hired or not, but are there any questions about the job, comp (cont.)

I'm not in sales per se but I manage my company's largest wholesale account ($150 million per/yr account). It's a great company, awesome culture, good benefits, flexibility, but the pay is not great ($60K/yr). Hi all, I have a question regarding retirement accounts. I am not sure if I should choose a Roth or 401k (company has 4+2% match). Currently 23, base salary is ~100k and investments have brought 45k this year which has me teetering between a 22-24% tax bracket. Wondering what the usual tax bracket is of people retired (around 65yo) as I’m not sure anything would bring in significant income with the exception of investments. In my case would a Roth make sense? Appreciate any answers!!
