Does anyone have any insights on what a typical Sr. Associate Director makes at Boehringer Ingelheim? I have a range of 170-180k which I think is fair but don’t want to be underpaid. Also, any information regarding retirement planning or medical/dental benefits would be helpful. Haven’t gotten much out of HR. Thanks in advance!

Lol per diem
Ya I didn't get shit
D1 lol is the correct way to describe it
With team kunches and cheap dinner spots like chipotle or panera, u can easily pocket over 100/week. Some Marriott also provide dinner, so that helps as well. I do sometimes wish I could see how the big 4 live and jus expense awesome dinners every night, not giving a fuck.
First time I've ever seen someone wish they could live like big 4.
Where?
Dunno yet, but im hoping its for the ridiculously low NYC per diem
Whaaaaa I didn't hear about that
It's in the email we just got about upcoming changes to expenses
That email is highlight of my day!
I didn't get that email. Who was the email addressed to?
I stand corrected it just came through
No set allowance, it varies per city and u just keep what you don't spend. NYC is 48/day I believe
For select locations only though
$48 per day in NYC??? It can't be. We get more than that just for one meal! Granted ours is use it or lose it
Yup! A lot of ppl complain haha. U can be cheap and it does turn into supplemental income tho
Does the per diem count as taxable income?
Nope! Only if you're compensatory and then all your expenses become taxable income
Hahaha touché. How much Mck give?
How much does*
