I am trying to move from Germany and land a job in consulting / startups in London, but having a hard time. I have a Masters from target Uni in Europe mainland, 3+ years of international work experience (US, Asia and Europe) in in-house consulting and currently at a startup. I'm currently working in one of the big4s(I am a 2022 passout). My college's HoD forwarded a mail for on campus placement of hsbc for batch of 23, she knew that I am very interested in jobs in financial institutions(like banks etc). How longs does it normally take to go through the match process

I got word last week that I received the green light from HC. I'm starting comp discussions next week for SWE Manager L6. It's a remote position and geographically located in a city comparable to Chicago or Austin (probably in between). There are no data points on levels for my Geo. Basically asking for some ranges I should go in with next week. My thoughts:
Base: 250k
RSU: 600-700 (4yr)

I'm going to ask for a sign on since I would miss out on my current bonus this year.

PSA: when asking questions, mentioning role, geo and level helps others give a more informed answer. The process for SWE differs vastly from CE or PgM or finance roles. Levels play a role but are generally optional (unless it’s regarding comp). Geo can help esp for non-US stuff, and on team match difficulties.
