I’m in GPS so still tagged to my previous engagements and working with the same folks. There would be no reason for me to go to the EY office here other than networking so for that reason was wondering what the office is like and if there’s typically a lot of people there. EY

Will there be offer negotiation again or they will directly send an counter offer and If I get a call from IBM for offer negotiation, How much offer should I ask for? This is my first switch and don't have much idea about salary negotiation. Tech stack - Mainframe Yoe-6.5 LWD - 28/06 IBM Infosys Cognizant Capgemini Deloitte

About to head to the HC for a role in ProdOps and Strategy in Mountain View. 4 YoE at MBB, no competing offers. Recruiter gave me a form that asks expected comp.
Levels.fyi has only PM salaries. I haven’t been told the level but expect it to be L4.
What total comp would you expect for this role? Any advice would be super helpful, as I’m a bit lost.

PgM is pretty much the most hired role in GCP.. I am one, onboarded in October. Its basically a project manager role thats not in the weeds. Process was pretty simple, phone screen, role related knowledge, googley-ness, then GCA. Was also interviewing for an EM role, got both chose PgM. Whole thing was a ~2 month process end to end.
Ahh makes sense thank you for that. Looks like engineering PgMs have the more sexy job not having to worry about customers.
